Carisbrook Technology Services provides vertical application
support as well as remote desktop and network support for small to medium-sized
customers. What makes our support offering unique is that we specialize
in supporting proprietary, "home grown" applications. While
establishing and defining the support structure, our team of systems engineers,
analysts, and programmers work to educate our support staff and configure
the support tools that are best suited for each client.
Our support services are based on a "one telephone number" model
wherein all end users' technical needs can be fulfilled by our support
staff in our Network Call Center (NCC). Located just south of Portland,
Oregon, our NCC uses automated telephony solutions in conjunction with
a proprietary desktop management tool to provide application support subject
to the service level agreement between Carisbrook Technology Services
and our client. Our support staff can be available 7x24 if required by
our clients. In the case of an outsourced solution, we often consult with
or hire support staff from our client.
